Man shot in Aurora, several streets shut down

AURORA, Ill. - A man was shot in Aurora Wednesday night.

According to Aurora police, the shooting occurred in the 1000 block of Dearborn Avenue.

Several streets were shut down as a result of the shooting.

The man was transported to an area hospital.
