Over 20 cars with flat tires on I-294
Debris on the road caused over 20 drivers to have flat tires early Friday morning.
CHICAGO - About 23 cars are stopped on the shoulder of I-294 due to flat tires.
Right and left shoulders have been blocked on I-294 northbound at Toughy Avenue.
The flat tires were caused by debris in the road.
