 Chicago recently legalized video gambling. But Mayor Johnson is trying to reverse that move, to salvage a deal with Bally's Casino.  Yesterday, the mayor's chief financial officer came to city hall to ask aldermen to ban the terminals.  If they don't, Bally's says they'll sue, and blow up its contract with the city.   These machines have been a sticking point for Mayor Johnson.   Aldermen passed this year's budget over his objections relying on video gambling revenue to plug a $6.8M hole.  Ald. Anthony Beale, who led the charge to green light video gambling, had harsh words for Bally's representatives.
