Chicago’s Polar Adventure Day features Siberian Huskies, but no snow

Chicago's Polar Adventure Day at Northerly Island is supposed to be a chance to get out and enjoy the snow. The weather didn't cooperate, but people enjoyed seeing a demonstration of Siberian Huskies pulling a cart on wheels, instead of a sled.
