Chicago Weather: Calm, partly cloudy for Super Bowl Sunday

It’s Super Bowl Sunday and there will be mostly cloudy skies today with temperatures only a few degrees below average.

What to expect:

It will be around 29 degrees by the time kickoff takes place close to 5:30 p.m. 

There may be spots of sunshine peeking through.

The evening will be mostly clear.

Then on Monday, a high of 35 degrees will be the warmest day for the seven-day forecast.

There is a chance of some snowfall on Tuesday and Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper-20s. On Wednesday, the snowfall may require a bit of shoveling, but nothing major.

The next snowfall event could come on Saturday, again nothing major.
