What to expect:
There could also be a little sleet near the Wisconsin state line and snow that pops up this afternoon.
There may be a chance of snow in the late afternoon, but nothing substantial. The bulk of the snow will stay north of the border in northern Wisconsin and parts of Minnesota.
Temperatures will only reach about 30 degrees throughout the day.
While there may be less than one-tenth of an inch of icing, untreated roadways may cause a problem for drivers.
Still, it won’t be as big of an icing event as the area saw last Thursday.
What's next:
As for Super Bowl Sunday, temperatures will be cool in the mid to upper-20s, but it will be mostly clear to partly cloudy.
Still, beware of surfaces that might be icy, especially if they weren't treated.
Monday will see a high of 35 degrees.
There are some snow chances for Tuesday and Wednesday.
