Illinois State Police have announced a major drug bust that occurred overnight on Interstate 57.

According to police,123 pounds of counterfeit drugs were seized as well as 500,000 fake pills laced with fentanyl.

Police say the pills are worth between five and 10 million dollars in street value.

No word on any arrests made in connection with the bust.

An investigation is ongoing.
