7/13 Computer Technician - Tech Shield (Lakeview)

Tech Shield, a local computer repair shop in Lakeview, is in need of a FULL TIME Technician who can work on PC and Mac Platforms. 

Entry level welcome with with computer repair knowledge and sales experience.
*** Must have great customer skills. ***

Job Description :
-Tuesday through Friday 9 am to 7 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 5 pm.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues on laptops and desktops pc and mac platforms.
- Os installation / Virus & Spyware removal
- Diagnose for defective parts, replace or repair parts, reassemble, and performed testing or burn-in procedures
- Check in/out customers, answer calls and give customers details about service orders and repair quotes
- Opening/Closing store procedures

Necessary Skills:
- Basic knowledge must on os installations and diganostic and virus removal procesess,We will train on other repair process,
- Must be able to multi task
- Knowledge of Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/windows 8 /MAC OS operating systems and computer and laptop parts
- Attention to detail and high quality of work
- Very good communication skills
- Previous experience working with all types of laptops, tablets and desktops
- Team player, quick learner, dependable, and energetic person
