Broadway hit musical ‘Hamilton' coming to Chicago

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - It's about to be the hottest ticket in town and we know when you can try to get a seat when "Hamilton" comes to Chicago.

Single tickets for "Hamilton" go on sale Tuesday, June 21 at 10 a.m.

The hit Broadway show will be playing at The Private Bank Theatre from September 27 through March 19.

The show’s producer Jeffrey Seller is also telling fans to be careful where you buy your tickets.

“It's tempting to get tickets any way you can. There are many sites and people that are selling overpriced, and in some cases, fraudulent tickets,” Seller said. “For the best seats, the best prices and to eliminate the risk of counterfeit tickets, all purchases should be made through authorized Broadway In Chicago outlets.”

You can buy tickets at the box office, by phone (800-775-2000) or online at BroadwayInChicago.com.

They cost between $65 and $180 a piece and you can only buy up to six per household.
