Chicago postmaster replaced after months of delivery delays
CHICAGO - Chicago's postmaster has been replaced after months of complaints over mail delivery delays.
Wanda Prater has been replaced by Eddie Morgan Jr, who was most recently the postmaster of Kansas City, Mo.
Congressman Bobby Rush had called for Prater's resignation in February.
An audit last year found the delayed delivery of thousands of letters and packages at four postal stations in Rush's district
