FOX NEWS - It started with a wave.
Then, on every Thursday that followed, a little girl named Brooklyn eagerly awaited a friendly greeting from her "favorite awesome smiley garbage man."
For her birthday, Brooklyn's family decided to greet Delvar the garbage man with a cupcake at the curbside of their home in Bloomington, Indiana.
When he arrived, Brooklyn's mom told Delvar how much they appreciate his weekly honks and waves.
