Evanston makes Top 10 list for best downtowns
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Downtown Evanston is one of the best spots in the country.
The website Livability.com ranked the downtown areas of small or medium-sized cities and Evanston came in tenth.
Alexandria, Virginia took first place followed by Santa Monica, Greenville, SC, Bellevue, WA and Pittsburgh.
The downtowns were ranked according to several factors including cultural attractions, new development, nightlife and walkability.
