Students head to school as heat rolls in
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Thousands of children are heading off to school, just as some of the hottest weather of the year rolls into town.
That heat will likely put stress on the children and school air conditioning systems. So, many area schools are taking extra precautions to keep kids safe.
Some schools don't have air conditioning and were forced to enact a heat plan.
