Two people killed in house explosion in LaSalle County

LASALLE, Illinois - Two people were killed when a house exploded in LaSalle County, Illinois on Saturday.

The explosion happened about 11:25 a.m. at 3162 E. 3rd Road, about a hundred miles southwest of Chicago.

The names of the victims are not being released.

The cause remains under investigation.
