It may be the offseason, but work has not stopped at the Cubs' beloved Wrigley Field.
While the Cubbies are dodging cacti in Mesa, Arizona during spring training, the Wrigleyville neighborhood is undergoing drastic changes as part of the franchise's offseason renovation projects.
