'Children of Willesden Lane' now being taught in Chicago classrooms

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - The Children of Willesden Lane is a story about a group of children who survived the Holocaust because of an organized rescue called "The Kinder Transport"

The story is written by Mona Golabek, the daughter of a Kinder Transport Survivor, and it's now being used to educate Chicago Students about the Holocaust.

Mona joined us LIVE on GDC to talk about this new initiative with the Chicago Read Project.
