The Mexican fast-casual chain received terrible press after hundreds of customers were sickened last year due to norovirus and E. coli outbreaks, leading to a 40-percent stock drop.
Now, three Chipotle customers in Los Angeles are filing a class-action lawsuit against the company for "false nutritional information."
The claim centers around the amount of calories in Chipotle's new chorizo burrito, which an in-store ad listed at 300 calories.
The Chipotle calorie calculator suggests a chorizo burrito with rice, beans, salsa, sour cream and cheese is actually 1,100-plus calories.
