Popular Costco bakery item recalled for 'life-threatening' allergen risk
How car recalls get reported
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) officially start car recalls after receiving complaints from consumers.

The company issued the recall on its website on April 7, sending a notice to members who had purchased products.
