Algonquin school district grappling with COVID-19 outbreak among students
According to Algonquin Community Unit School District 300, since starting nearly two weeks ago, more than 400 students have had to quarantine because of COVID-19 cases.
ALGONQUIN, Ill. - Algonquin-based Community School District 300 is dealing with a massive COVID-19 outbreak among students.
Two students have been hospitalized and 48 others have tested positive for the virus
Since starting classes nearly two weeks ago, more than 400 students have had to quarantine because of COVID cases, according to the school district.
Two staff members have also tested positive.
