Scattered storms expected over Chicago and northern suburbs Saturday afternoon
CHICAGO - Widely scattered storms are expected across Chicago and the northern suburbs on Saturday afternoon.
The National Weather Service said that as of about 2 p.m. on Saturday, the storms were shifting eastward into the western Chicago suburbs.
The storm is going to move through the Chicago area starting around 4:30 p.m.
The National Weather Service said that severe weather is not anticipated.
