Two local high schoolers from Pontiac, Illinois came up with a proposal in government class to require vape producers to manage the disposal of their products. To turn that idea into reality, they enlisted the help of Dany Robles from the Illinois Environmental Council. He's here to explain how mandating vape disposal will benefit the environment.
