Illinois man federally charged for rioting passed out explosives in Minneapolis

A 28-year-old Illinois man is facing federal charges for rioting and possessing explosive devices after he traveled to Minneapolis last week amidst the unrest caused by the death of George Floyd.

Medical examiner: Floyd's heart stopped while restrained

Under "other significant conditions” it said Floyd suffered from heart disease and hypertension, and listed fentanyl intoxication and recent methamphetamine use. Those factors were not listed under cause of death.
