How to spot and stop an office bully

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) - Bullying has been called an epidemic that's usually associated with school yards and classrooms. But according to a new study, that's just not the case.

Bullying doesn't stop after we leave middle school or high school, it often rears it's ugly head in the office too. In fact, 35 percent of workers surveyed admitted they've had an office bully.
