More than 300,000 student laptops won't arrive in time for school year

In Abilene (Texas), school official say they ordered 6,000 laptops in May -- but have been told they won't arrive until November. In Alabama, 20 school districts are still waiting on 33,000 laptops. Across the country, the story is the same -- and until those computers arrive, "online school" won't happen.
