A 9-year-old boy is recovering in the hospital after Hillsborough County deputies rescued him from his burning home in Seffner on Friday. 

Rafael Rivera, 50, was arrested and is facing a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon without Intent to Kill.
