People living in Dixmoor are dealing with little to no water pressure and now we're learning of even more issues. The water pressure issues started this weekend and then on Monday we learned a pipe burst in Harvey.

On Saturday, officials said a broken water main was slowing water pressure. That's since been fixed, but now the turbines need to be repaired, and experts won't be able to even look at the turbines until Monday.

The Village told FOX 32 Chicago that water pressure fell to half its normal level on Saturday, which effectively cut off the water supply for all Dixmoor residents. Water pressure has to be at least 35 pounds of pressure per square inch to get water to all the homes in Dixmoor, but pressure has fallen to single digits.
