Police arrested two people who allegedly used a stolen Kia to rob several people across the city's North Side overnight.

Two offenders were arrested at a North Side gas station following a strong arm robbery in Lake View. A white sedan was recovered with stolen items inside. The arrests happened just a few hours after 4 other armed robberies in the surrounding area.

The event is back for it's 16th year of delicious burgers. It will run Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. In addition to Beyond patties and sides, visitors can also see two stages of eclectic music, activities for the kids, and check out artists/merchants.

Porch Fest offers live music, food samples and that festival feel right in Chicago neighborhoods on the North Side. The event began during the pandemic as a way for people to get outside while still social distancing. The event was so well received it's back in action Sunday from 1-5 p.m.
