Chicago welcomes 21 straight days of above-normal temps

Today we will be in between systems with quite a bit of cloudy cover and gusty breeze. Our high was 50 degrees at midnight and the rest of the day temps will hover not far from 40 degrees.

Highs today will be in the mid 30s with lake-effect snow developing in northwest Indiana where an inch could accumulate mainly on grassy on non-paved surfaces. This will be the 17th day in a row with above-normal temps.
