Chicago residents are raising new questions about sidewalk safety after a second man says he suffered serious injuries from the same stretch of pavement left broken and unprotected. The latest victim says he sustained a concussion after falling on the damaged sidewalk. In less than 24 hours, two men were reportedly hurt at the location.
