Roselle man fired 18 shots, striking woman in the head, after arguing with restaurant worker: prosecutors

'SENSELESS': During an investigation, officers determined that an employee and a male patron, later identified as Quijano, were allegedly arguing. After the argument, Quijano allegedly began walking toward the exit, then turned around and began firing into the restaurant, prosecutors said. A woman in her 20s was shot in the head.

While the victim was in the driver's seat of her car, Bryan Church allegedly approached the vehicle, opened the front passenger door of the car and sat down inside the car. Church then allegedly told the victim he needed a ride. When the victim refused and told Church to get out of the car, prosecutors said Church told the victim to get out of the car or he was going to slit her throat.
